Mission East are part of the EU-CORD network (Christian Organisations in Relief and Development) which was formed in 1998 with the goal of serving the poor more effectively and improving the conditions of disadvantaged people in the developing world. In 1999 a secretariat was set up in Brussels in order to help the members become more active in the institutions of the European Union. By 2005 the network had grown to 13 members from 8 EU Member States with a total annual turnover of 180 million euro. Today the netowrk consists of 18 member organisations.

As a pan-European network, the intention of this partnership is to influence a wide institutional arena and to increase each agency’s programme effectiveness and funding opportunities through practical co-operation while retaining full independence as agencies working within their respective mandates.

VOICE (Voluntary Organisations in Cooperation in Emergencies) is a network of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) throughout Europe that are active in the field of humanitarian aid, including emergency aid, rehabilitation, disaster preparedness and conflict prevention. VOICE was created in 1992, with a Secretariat established in 1993 under the Liaison Committee of European Development NGOs. In March 2001 VOICE became an independent NGO network with more than 90 members.

VOICE's essential overriding mission is to foster links among Humanitarian Aid NGOs. VOICE also aims to facilitate contacts with the European Union and to develop collaboration with international humanitarian organisations..

Mission East are part of Integral - a global alliance of 14 independent Christian relief & development agencies, working together to present a more effective response to poverty worldwide. Integral's goal is to see holistic transformation for more poor people, through providing collaborative opportunities for its members in relief, development, marketing and fundraising.
